Tracking Your Package
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Make sure to monitor the status of your shipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Unmarked Packaging
Your order will arrive in a plain carton box with no indication of its contents. Be aware that Customs Agents may inspect your package and determine import taxes for customers outside the United States.
Customs and Taxes
In certain countries, import charges cannot be paid in advance, resulting in additional fees. In these cases, we will split the duty fees with you (50%) and handle customs liaison for a smooth experience.

Local Pickup
If you prefer to collect your package at a FedEx/UPS store, provide the store’s address and confirm their pick-up policy. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred if the address is not valid or refused by UPS.
Inspecting Your Package Upon receiving your order, inspect it for any damage. If any damage is found, document it with photos or videos. Your cooperation might be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the damage occurred during shipping.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim as soon as possible. For added security, we include adult signature service for most packages.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
- Cancellations within 4 hours: 5% handling fee
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 20% restock fee

DO NOT file a claim with your payment card or return the package without contacting us first. Reach out to us via email to discuss order cancellation or returns. The shipping address on the package is not valid for returns. Ensure the doll is unused and in new condition before sending it back.
